The process of redesigning & Completing an update to the front and back yards of a 30-year-old standalone Condo on a Golf Course, including support in gaining HOA approval, is a challenge. Their bid process is very detailed and easy to see the break down of costs. Their bid for the work was more than fair. With quotes like theirs, I don’t understand why anyone would fool around with fly-by-night organizations.
